Yet installing a photovoltaic system means far more than attaching modules. It is an intervention in a roof structure that has functioned reliably for decades. Lehmann's on-roof module mounts offer an excellent solution. Developed specifically for installation on existing roofs, they ensure that roof tiles typically require no cutting or grinding whatsoever.

Rather than weakening sensitive materials, the mounts replace the original tiles with a precise fit — compatible with over 90 different roof tile models. The roof surface remains intact, providing a solid foundation for a long-lasting installation.

Stable Without Leverage

The bracket is fixed directly in the rafter zone using a reinforcement rail. It transfers the load vertically into the load-bearing roof structure, without creating any leverage on tiles or concrete roof stones.

This design makes the structure exceptionally resistant to shear forces, wind uplift, and snow loads. Every fixing can be calculated in accordance with standards and adapted to the relevant region.

Long-Lasting Surfaces from the Experts

All components are hot-dip galvanized and additionally coated with a polyester resin-based powder coating. This provides lasting protection against corrosion and ensures structural integrity over decades.

Variants for low-pitched bitumen and membrane roofs, together with matching cable penetrations, complete the range. Lehmann thus covers virtually every application — from residential properties to large commercial buildings.
