Installing solar and PV systems always involves a significant intervention in the existing and functional roof. Damage due to improper installation causes repair and follow-up costs. The simple and secure solution: Lehmann on-roof module mounts.
On-roof module mount
The bracket is riveted to the metal roof tiles. The delivery includes a matching 400 mm reinforcement rail, complete with self-drilling screws for attachment to the roof structure.
Two different connection options, variants for low-slope bitumen/foil roofs, and associated cable entries complete the product range.
In most cases, roof tiles and concrete tiles can be used without modification of the roofing material.

Exceptional Load Capacities
Lehmann on-roof module mounts offer exceptional load capacities in terms of wind uplift, shear, and top-down loads from ice and snow.
A standard-compliant fastening system can thus be calculated and dimensioned for any object in any region.
Hot-dip galvanizing + Powder coating
Lehmann is a leader in hot-dip galvanizing, and our on-roof module mounts also benefit from this.
All components are hot-dip galvanized and additionally have a powder coating based on polyester resin. This ensures corrosion protection.
Reinforcement rail
With the corresponding reinforcement rail, the on-roof module mount is always attached in the rafter area – regardless of the rafter's position.
Without any leverage, the load is transferred vertically into the load-bearing roof structure and not into the roofing material.

Our system components fit various roof tile models
Precisely fitting metal base plates are available for over 90 different roof tile models. This means that, normally, no roof tile or concrete roof tile needs to be processed or cut. Damage and the risk of hairline cracks are a thing of the past.
