What are the goals of Business Development?

At Lehmann, our first priority in Business Development is building and structuring the newly created division. Establishing strategic partnerships, driving market expansion, and initiating innovation from within the company are the themes that will occupy us in the months ahead. The long-term goal is for all Business Development activities to be reflected in revenue growth.

The delegation trip with the Network for Architecture Exchange (NAX) focused on developments in the construction sector of the Canadian market. The aim was to engage intensively with architects and to learn more about trends and developments on the ground.

Where are current market trends heading?

Current market trends are characterised by high dynamism and increasing complexity.
